Thanks to floridacarol, I've gotten serious about losing weight. I've joined My Fitness Pal, which is an online way to track your daily food intake plus exercise. So my doctor told me I have plantar fasciitis. I went to her because I've been having pain in my heel, to the point where some mornings I literally hobble around right when I first get out of bed.
